Mouth-watering corn-n-cheese balls

Friends get-together at your place? Treat them with some lip-smacking cheesy delight. Presenting to you mouth-watering corn-n-cheese balls…

Ingredients:

•    Maida: ½ tbsp

•    Corn nibbles (boiled & mashed): ¾ cup

•    Processed cheese (grated): 1 cup

•    Potato (boiled & grated): 1 

•    Ginger (chopped): ½ inch piece

•    Coriander leaves (freshly chopped): 1 tbsp

•    Black pepper powder: ½ tsp 

•    Cumin powder (roasted): ½ tsp

•    Cornflour/ corn starch: 1 tbsp

•    Salt: to taste

•    Oil: to deep fry

Method:

•    In a large bowl, put maida, cheese, potatoes, ginger, coriander leaves, black pepper powder, cumin powder, cornflour and salt.

•    Make small lemon-sized balls and deep fry one by one till they turn golden brown.

•    Drain on tissue paper and serve hot with tangy tomato ketchup or cool mint chutney.
