Try this. Hyatt Regency Chennai announces the Biscotti Sweet Pot Contest. 

So, get ready to don the chef’s hat and share your recipe. The contest will be judged by the hotel’s pastry chef. The participants of first 10 entries, along with the winners, will get a chance to attend a dessert-making workshop with Hyatt Regency’s head pastry chef. The five best recipe winners receive hampers from Biscotti, the gourmet deli shop at Hyatt Regency.

The dessert recipe could be from any region across the globe. 

The preparation time must be below 30 minutes.
